Information
Cast Etherium Sculptor, Cast a top for free. Now use the top's ability to look at the top three cards and somehow get another Top on top of your deck, or use brainstorm or any other spell that will put a card on top of your deck. With the other top in place you then draw and replace with the top as many times as you want until your storm count is high enough to make the opponent mill their deck. You could also use Grapeshot, Tendrils of Agony, or any other storm card out there for this.
